    • The 14-day return period starts from the date you receive your order.

    • Any damages that occur during delivery will be our responsibility, and you will not be held liable.


    2. Initiating a Return

    • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.


    3. Refund Process

    • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
    • Refunds may also be issued by Gift cards if the original order was placed is COD or customer chooses to receive their refund as  Gift Card
