Dubai Crystal Policies

  • All purchases have a 14-day return period. If you receive an item and do not like it, you may return it for a refund. 

  • Any damages that occur during delivery will be our responsibility, and you will not be held liable.

  • We ship to all eight states of the UAE.

  • If the products you're returning are damaged before they reach us, you'll be refunded nevertheless, and it's not your fault.

  • We offer free shipping on orders above AED 200.

  • Orders will be delivered to you within 1-3 days after the date of purchase.

    Packed to arrive perfect

    Double-boxed with protective inserts and delivered across the UAE in 1–3 days. If anything arrives broken, we replace it.
